The AYU Women in Funds and Family Offices Brunch brings together thought leaders from the alternative investment industry for a morning of connection and conversation in London, hosted by women for women.

The percentage of female financial services industry leaders globally remains at 12%, highlighting that women make up only a small percentage of the industry demographics. In turn, there are fewer women in the space to connect with but also at events the ratios are disproportionate between male to female attendees.

Our solution is to offer this forum for women to connect with each other not only for business prospects but for the wider intellectual debate. The forum aims to encourage discussions around actionable, impactful ideas centred on relevant topics across leadership, investment, strategy, best practices, and much more.

We will be hosting the event quarterly and look forward to expanding our female network at AYU.
