Welcomed by HedgeBrunch and AYU founder, Gus Morison, guests were whisked away on a tasting tour of the best single malts Justerini & Brooks have to offer. Paired with a pheasant supper and the classic Justerini & Brooks Pomerol (a firm HB favourite) with tasting notes and guidance from resident expert Alex Turnbull, this was a night to remember!
