The HedgeBrunch and AYU Shooting Day

The HedgeBrunch and AYU Shooting Day gathered 16 select guests for hedge fund and family office networking during a spectacular morning of clay-shooting, followed by a lunch and wine tasting with Justerini and Brooks.

After a morning of shooting clays, guests were invited to lunch hosted by fine wine and spirits merchant’s, Justerini & Brooks. Along with paired wines including a delicious house Pomerol and White Burgundy from their award-winning portfolio,  Justerini & Brooks treated guests to a spoiling tutored whisky tasting. Four whiskies were on show, with a theme of closed or ‘ghost’ distilleries. These AYU members were in fact among the first in the world to sample the seriously smart Brora 40 Year Old as well as limited edition bottlings and a brand new iteration of Johnnie Walker Ghost and Rare.
