Please read the following disclaimer carefully before attending the polo match as a spectator:

  1. Assumption of Risk: By attending the polo match, you acknowledge and understand that there are inherent risks associated with being a spectator at a live sporting event. These risks may include, but are not limited to, injury from flying objects, collisions, falls, or accidents involving horses and players. You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with attending the polo match.

  2. Spectator Conduct: Spectators are expected to adhere to all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organizers and venue staff. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the premises. Spectators are responsible for their own conduct and are expected to respect other spectators, players, officials, and animals during the event.

  3. Safety Precautions: While every effort is made to ensure the safety of all attendees, the event organizers and venue staff do not assume any liability for injuries, loss, or damages sustained by spectators during the polo match. It is strongly recommended that spectators exercise caution and remain alert to their surroundings at all times.

  4. Children and Minors: Spectators are responsible for the supervision and behavior of any accompanying children or minors. It is advised to keep children under close supervision and away from potentially hazardous areas, such as the playing field and horse pathways.

  5. Photography and Recording: Spectators may capture photos or videos for personal use during the polo match. However, the use of professional photography equipment or commercial recording without prior consent from the event organizers is strictly prohibited.

  6. Weather Conditions: The polo match may proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the event organizers. Spectators are advised to check weather forecasts and dress accordingly. In the event of adverse weather, the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event.

  7. Personal Belongings: Spectators are responsible for the security and safety of their personal belongings. The event organizers and venue staff will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the polo match.

  8. Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, spectators are encouraged to seek immediate assistance from the nearest venue staff or medical personnel. The event organizers will provide medical support to the best of their ability, but they are not responsible for any medical expenses incurred by spectators.
