AYU launched the Women in Funds and Family Offices initiative in 2023, bringing together women in decision-making roles at funds or family offices.

The global percentage of female leaders in financial services remains at just 12%, highlighting the underrepresentation of women in this sector. This not only limits the number of women to connect with but also results in disproportionately low female representation at industry events.

Our solution is to create events specifically for women within our community, ensuring they have events where they are the majority and can connect meaningfully with one another.

Our series of private dining events and cocktail evenings have provided focused, high-value networking opportunities.

Private dining events are partner-led and centre around a single business or service theme. These events benefit both the supporting partner and the attendees, as the sponsoring partner can choose their ideal clients and engage in in-depth discussions over several hours.

Cocktail evenings offer excellent brand exposure and a relaxed environment for mingling with prospects throughout the evening.

In addition, we can create bespoke events tailored to your needs, providing a unique experience that aligns with your goals and interests.

These events serve as high-level introductory occasions where relationship-building and storytelling take center stage.
