The AYU Zurich Conference 2022
The AYU Zurich Conference 2022, was a two-day conference gathering hedge funds, family offices and institutional investors from the across the industry. Our amazing host Ronny Leber lead us through panel discussions, fireside chats, two rounds of AYU Pitch-offs and networking breaks. Topics ranged from investor outlooks for 2022, where to start with crypto and crypto custodians, asset raising in 2022 and jurisdictional decision making.
We had over 30 speakers throughout the two days, including Marcos Benitez and Mike Milner of Copper discussing how digital asset infrastructure is going to change the world, Dr Guenther Dobrauz from PWC talking about sourcing and selecting crypto funds and Greg Taylor from ARMs Swiss Representative covering fund success for 2022 - to name just a few.
It was an intimate and highly interactive event, where all guests were given the opportunity to ask questions and access the speakers throughout the day, creating a great educational and networking environment for all those who attended.
The AYU Pitch-off was a great opportunity for brave individuals to convince our judges and audience why they should invest in their companies. Companies like Neuronomics, BxB, BlueOcean Capital, to name few, all partook in the pitch-off and excited us with their stories and company philosophy. The winner of the AYU pitch-off was Hugo Langeen from ValidAlpha, a cryptocurrency fund for professional investors.
